Data processing agreement.
The standard Privilege AI data processing agreement is being finalized with counsel and will be published on this page.
Data processing terms for current customers are handled in the written agreement between Agency Cyber Inc. and your organization. Two commitments already hold as a matter of how the product operates: customer matter content is not used to train any model, and matter content is encrypted at rest and scoped to your tenant.
The third-party services that process data on our behalf are listed on the subprocessors page.
