What we can already state, because it is how the product is built:

• Customer matter content is not used to train any model — ours or a provider’s. Sessions route to provider no-train endpoints.
• Matter content is encrypted at rest and scoped to your tenant. Operator access requires a two-approver break-glass flow and is recorded on the matter audit chain.
• Actions on matter content — messages, edits, views, exports — are written to a hash-chained audit ledger.
• We collect the account and usage records needed to operate, secure, and bill the service.
